No. McCray Transport Services is a reservation-based black car service — every ride is booked and confirmed in advance rather than hailed on demand. There is no app, no surge pricing, and no guessing when your driver will arrive.
How is McCray Transport different from Uber or Lyft?
McCray Transport Services is reservation-based, meaning every ride is booked and confirmed ahead of time. Pricing is quoted to your specific trip in advance, so you always know the cost before the ride begins.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend at least 24 hours' notice, and as early as possible for airport transfers and event nights. Since every reservation is confirmed ahead of time, earlier requests give us the most flexibility to accommodate your schedule.
What are your hours of operation?
McCray Transport Services operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Whether you need a 3:00 AM pickup for an early flight or a late-night ride home, our drivers are available around the clock. All rides must be reserved in advance.
Do you offer round-trip service?
Yes. Round trips are available for all services. Round-trip rides are invoiced together once both legs are completed, within 30 days.
Do you offer hourly service?
Yes, hourly and daily rates are available for as-directed trips such as sightseeing, event days, or multi-stop errands.
Pricing & Payment
How is pricing determined?
Pricing is based on the class of vehicle, the duration of the ride, and the distance traveled. Submit a quote request with your trip details and we'll follow up with a price built for your specific route. There is no surge pricing.
How do I pay for my ride?
You don't pay until the ride is complete. After your trip, we'll text or email a secure invoice link — just enter your card. Round trips are invoiced together once both legs are finished, within 30 days.

What vehicles does McCray Transport offer?
McCray Transport Services offers Sedan, SUV, and Van options to accommodate solo travelers, families, and groups of up to 14 passengers. Vehicle class is one of the factors in trip pricing — request a quote to see pricing for your preferred vehicle.
